Buster is a 2 year old male German Shepherd who arrived at the Downey Shelter as a stray, emaciated and with severe hair loss. Since his time in the shelter he has also developed an upper respiratory infection and had giardia, so the poor guy has actually lost weight. But he's finally catching a break, spending time with a vet in California before making the trip to Idaho to join us around March 13. Buster is reportedly extremely sweet, walks well on leash, does well with other dogs, and is an all-around great pup. We can't wait to meet him and learn more about him! If you're interested in adopting Buster, please read about our adoption process and fees and consider filling out an application for pre-approval.
